Hello blog world!
Hello everybody, my name is Annie! :) This whole blogging thing is very new to me so bear with me while I get situated. Heres a little bit about me:
I am a 17 year old Coloradan with a passion for the just about everything. I go to an arts based school and looovee all forms of art and expression. I also love sports--hoping to play college volleyball next year. I can get pretty into just about any sport, whether I'm playing it or just cheering on the sidelines. My volleyball team went to Regionals on friday and I had so much fun playing for the last time with my Spartan girls :) I love them to death! I love creative writing, but hate writing essays. When I get into a really good book I love to read, but its hard for me to initially sit myself down and reaaaaaddd.. My favorite book at the moment is The Brothers Karamazov, which I recently read in my Russian Literature class. If you haven't read it, YOU SHOULD! Because I go to an arts based school, I'v grown up with experience in just about every area of art possible. Whether its music, fine arts, dramatics, etc. This month I'm taking stone carving, blacksmithing, and for my senior project I am doing glassblowing, which is just a peek into the diverse areas of art I do/have done. Hopefully I will be able to post some pictures of my glassblowing projects!
I consider myself verrry organised and on top of it. My room is always neat and tidy, I usually can't sleep and feel claustrophobic if its not. I have a passion for fashion (ha that rhymes), which will be one of the main focus' for this blog site :) My fashion motto is "dare to be unique," something I have to constantly remind myself of. My belief is that with the right accessories, any clothing can look SMASHING!
Well, this has been much longer than I thought so I will leave you all now... I am eager to see whether anyone will follow my blog!

P.S. If you do not speak Italian, and are wondering what my blog name means, Stella del Mattino is Italian for Morning Star. My Grandma Tena has always called me her morning star, and my brother her evening star.
